All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Warehouse Network

To provide faster delivery and improve customer experience, NUVEA Hair operates through multiple fulfillment centers.

Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible, depending on inventory availability and the customer's shipping destination.

North America (United States & Canada)

Orders shipped to customers in the United States and Canada are typically fulfilled from our United States warehouse.

Middle East (UAE & GCC Countries)

Orders shipped to customers in the United Arab Emirates and selected Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are typically fulfilled from our UAE warehouse.

Orders shipped to European countries may be fulfilled from either our UAE warehouse or China warehouse depending on product availability.

Other International Destinations

Orders to other countries are generally fulfilled from our China warehouse.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
